About the Role

Lead Analyst responsible for determining the optimal underwriting strategy for the Credit Modeling team. You will perform complex analysis, leverage SQL, Python, Tableau, and other analytics tools, and present recommendations to senior leadership. You will guide a team of analysts, drive the most complex problem sets, and develop strategies that impact the bottom line. Over time, you will take on people‑leadership responsibilities through the Capital One Leads program.
