What You’ll Do
- Manage and undertake the translation of a wide range of materials, including client communications, marketing content, internal communications, thought leadership, and firm policies.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all translation requests across the firm, working closely with business professionals and lawyers to clarify scope, context, priorities, and deadlines.
- Coordinate legal translation projects with external vendors, ensuring efficient workflows, quality control, confidentiality, and balanced allocation of work.
- Execute, edit, and quality‑check translated materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, tone, and cultural and legal appropriateness.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine internal processes for requesting, tracking, prioritizing, and delivering translation work.
