Opportunity Overview

As a key talent acquisition leader, you will identify, attract and secure senior leadership, management and specialist talent essential for the sector’s success. Reporting to the Sector HR Leadership (solid line) and the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (dotted line), you will partner closely with stakeholders to provide strategic talent market insights, build pipelines aligned to business forecasts, develop proactive sourcing strategies and build trusted relationships with senior industry professionals.
