• Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is integral to the Wassa Leadership Team, playing a vital role in providing the highest level of supply and contract expertise and broader business governance, support and advice. Important requirements of the role are delivery of robust inventory management, cost reduction through effective sourcing strategies, contract management and compliance as well as overall management of the supply department including systems and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Provide leadership and develop and execute strategy across all inbound and outbound logistics

• Collaborate with each internal function and ensure an effective supply chain service is delivered

• Identify synergies and opportunities to drive sustained improvements across an evolving network

• Manage planning and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets and savings forecasts
