**Your Key Responsibilities**

Lead a team of Supplier Quality professionals in order to manage:

+ Set quality performance targets and drive continuous improvement across the supply base.
+ Manage Divisional APQP & Launch Management
+ Ongoing Supplier Performance Management, monitor supplier KPIs (PPM levels, delivery performance, escape frequency, audit scores), conduct regular business reviews, and develop supplier improvement roadmaps.
