The Manager, Strategic Talent Acquisition is a critical partner to the business, ensuring successful long-term workforce plans are delivered on time and on target. This role is responsible for effectively collaborating with business leaders to design and develop talent attraction strategies and lead the HR Talent Coordinators in providing end-to-end recruitment support. As a strategic partner, you also support the Director, HR with strategic input on retention strategies, in alignment with our culture of inclusion, transparency and high performance.
