In this role, you will:
Establish and maintain the Bank's global chart of accounts and the related database structure to satisfy the present and foreseeable statutory, financial and management reporting information needs, including mapping the financial information of new acquisitions to the Bank's chart of accounts. Prepare disclosures for assigned notes in the MD&A and financial statements.Assist with the preparation of the Bank’s quarterly and annual report by coordinating the roll-forward of the reports, communicating requirements and deadlines to relevant note-owners and overseeing the proofing and consistency check process.Coordinate certain matters related to the Bank’s external audit, including: Update and maintenance of policy related to pre-approved audit services.
Prepare quarterly summary of external audit and related services for reporting to the audit & conduct review committee.
