Position Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the trust administration process to ensure high quality and accurate service delivery to clients.
- Foster good relationship with clients, assists in conducting annual reviews of trust and company appointments, attend to client requests
- Manage the full spectrum of trust setup such as incorporation, bank account setup, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements and client objectives etc
- Prepare and review trust documents, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with client intentions.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure a smooth trust administration and management process
- Provide guidance and supports to junior team members
