Description

We are looking for a Search Manager to lead and scale our SEO and SEM programs while evolving our strategy across AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). This role will own day-to-day search execution, manage a team of SEO and SEM managers and specialists, and ensure strong performance, organization, and operational efficiency across all search initiatives.

You will be responsible for driving organic and paid search growth, improving conversion performance across the funnel, establishing scalable processes, and delivering clear, actionable reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
