Responsibilities

On behalf of West Nova Fuels, the Manager, Sales & Business Development will lead the commercial and residential fuels sales function across Central and Western Nova Scotia. The role includes developing short‑and‑long term sales plans aligned with company objectives, coaching and supporting a field team, managing territories and sales targets, overseeing lead development and funnel performance, championing the use of CRM tools for accurate reporting, and ensuring data‑driven decision making.

The Manager will also oversee marketing initiatives that support growth—campaigns, digital presence, and community engagement—and collaborate closely with operations, finance, and customer service to provide a seamless customer experience from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing service. Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and staying informed on market trends and competitive activity across Nova Scotia will be essential.
