About the Role

The Manager, Safety Management Services & Consulting is a senior, client‑facing leader responsible for executing and overseeing high‑quality OHS management consulting services while leading a team of Safety Advisors/Consultants who deliver work for clients. The role serves as the technical and delivery lead for the practice—setting standards for quality, coaching the team, and ensuring consistent, defensible, and practical client outcomes. This position includes business development participation and a primary focus is excellence in delivery, team performance, and practice capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver OHS management consulting engagements (e.g., assessments, audits, investigations, project specific risk assessments, program development, contractor safety, training, and SMS implementation).
