Safety and Security Manager – Vehicle Logistic Centers

Location: Toronto, Ontario – Brampton, ON.

Reporting to: Sr. Manager, VLC Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and compliance with the Safety program, including coordination and retention of safety records.
• Manage a team of security professionals and oversee day-to-day operations of the Security department.
• Serve as co‑lead of the site safety committee and participate in national safety calls.
• Liaise with Safety Coordinators across the region to instill a strong culture of safety at the VLCs.
• Conduct regular inspections, observations, and safety talks with site leadership to foster a safety‑conscious culture.
• Educate department leaders and employees on safety procedures, including industry best practices and company requirements.
