Position Details

Reporting to Senior Manager, Procurement and Supply Services, the Manager, Procurement Governance and Reporting provides corporate leadership for procurement governance, policy compliance, planning, systems stewardship, and enterprise-wide reporting. The role ensures procurement activities are consistent, transparent, auditable, and aligned with Council priorities and accountability governance frameworks.

Work Performed

  • Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of planning, governance and reporting that contribute to strategic initiatives and align with the City’s Procurement of Goods and Services policy.
  • Manage employees, including hiring, coaching, administration, employee development and performance.
  • Provide interpretation and oversight of the Procurement of Goods and Services Policy and its schedules.
