The Opportunity

We are looking for a Manager, People Operations to run the full spectrum of human resources for the Lighthouse portfolio. You will report directly to the Managing Partner of the group and sit at the leadership table from day one.

This is a build role, not a maintain role. You'll be leading and owning the HR function for a growing portfolio of businesses with the autonomy to both strategize and execute. If you get genuine satisfaction from building things that scale, this role was written for you.

What You Will Own

M&A Integration

• Lead people integration for new Lighthouse acquisitions, from pre-close diligence through to integration
• Partner with corporate on legal entity setup, employment transitions, and cultural integration

Talent & Performance

• Lead recruiting for critical leadership hires across the group
