About the Role

The Manager of People Operations helps build and run the systems that allow Intercap to hire exceptional people, support them well, and operate smoothly as we grow. This role sits at the intersection of people, operations, and organizational infrastructure. You will help operate the company’s hiring engine, improve and maintain core people systems, and support leadership with the data and processes needed to manage teams effectively. Because Intercap builds multiple businesses, this role also helps maintain the shared Talent Stack that supports hiring, compensation, and employee lifecycle processes across the organization.
