Leasing Manager – Office Leasing

Join our Office Leasing team in Toronto. Reporting to the Vice President of Office Leasing, this role focuses on a portfolio of best‑in‑class assets and serves as the primary point of contact for broker and tenant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Leasing.
  • Work alongside the Office Leasing Team to execute prospective tenant tours, presentations, and customer meetings.
  • Negotiate offers and leases with the assistance of our legal team.
  • Work with internal and external customers ensuring a quick and seamless leasing process for all parties.
  • Build and maintain excellent long‑term relationships with all stakeholders in our community, including tenants, brokers, designers, contractors to ensure that Oxford can continue to deliver best‑in‑class service and results.
