Position: Manager, InfoPeel and Respite Services

Position Profile

The Manager of InfoPeel and Respite provides strategic and operational leadership to the planning, coordination, management, and delivery of information, referral, for the centralized information and referral platform (InfoPeel) and Respite service. This role oversights program development, staff supervision, performance measurement, funder reporting and continuous quality improvement initiatives, in alignment with CDRCP’s Strategic Plan. The manager leads the development and implementation of effective practices, service standards, and performance measurement frameworks across all areas of the InfoPeel and Respite.
