Position Summary :

Responsible for day-to-day operations of institutional housekeeping and custodial services for all Garden facilities spanning 33 buildings and 250 acres of grounds; including office buildings, green houses, library and laboratories of the New York Botanical Garden.


Specific Duties & Responsibilities :


+ Continually inspects the 250-acre New York Botanical Garden property to maintain clean buildings and litter-free grounds throughout.

+ Manages and s upervises the activity of the unionized custodial workforce that provides all housekeeping services .
