Summary:

Working with the Director of IT Business Partners, the Manager, IT Business Partner is responsible to lead the alignment between Celestica’s R&D Engineering teams with global IT capabilities. This role is a critical driver of business efficiency, growth, and innovation, requiring a strong advisor who can translate business vision into a technology roadmap and manage high‑impact projects from ideation to delivery. The role requires the ability to review internal processes, technical specifications, projected costs and proposals and provide advice on proposed process improvement projects. The incumbent will at times also be required to work with vendors to prepare detailed Statement of Works for projects and manage such projects through the project lifecycle.
