Role Summary

Report to the Director, ISM as Manager within Investment Structure Management. Provide end-to-end structuring support for CPP Investments’ private investments across Credit, Private Equity, and Real Assets, including entity setup, governance, and management of group companies. Work with teams across finance, operations, legal, tax and external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in pre‑close/structuring and ongoing maintenance of new investments, exits and restructurings.
• Work with internal partners to identify and address structuring and operational complexities of legal entity structures.
• Coordinate the establishment of new legal entities and address legal and governance requirements.
• Support structuring and transaction closing process, track deal timelines, develop plans, maintain meeting minutes and manage pre‑close activities.
