Role Overview

As PRA Manager for Oncology & Hematology in Finland, you will be the decisive force ensuring Finnish patients gain timely access to Lilly's most innovative treatments—including BTK inhibitors in haematology to next‑generation oncology assets entering the pipeline. You will operate with real autonomy, shaping national access strategies and sitting at the intersection of science, economics and healthcare policy. This is a high‑impact individual contributor role with significant visibility across Lilly's Nordic and global PRA network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies for Finland, aligned with Nordic Hub priorities and global frameworks.
• Lead all reimbursement submissions, renewals and approvals—including Fimea submissions, Hila applications and price negotiations.
