Manager, Health, Safety, & Training – Exploration

IAMGOLD is seeking a dynamic and hands‑on Manager, Health, Safety & Training – Exploration to lead and embed a proactive, risk‑based Health & Safety culture across our exploration and early‑stage project activities. This role plays a critical part in supporting safe, efficient field operations by strengthening systems, building capability, and fostering strong safety leadership across exploration teams.

Working closely with Exploration leadership, the Manager will design, implement, and continuously improve Health & Safety systems, field practices, and training programs tailored to exploration environments. This includes supporting teams in identifying and managing risks related to remote operations, drilling activities, camp logistics, and early works, while ensuring alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
