Salary Range
118,700 - 145,100 (based on a 35‑hour workweek; may vary by candidate profile).
Annual Bonus
15% target, potential payout up to double the target.

The Role
Focused on internal control effectiveness and continuous improvement, providing leadership for internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) transformation initiatives within a P&C insurance environment.
