The role includes implementing internal controls, developing accounting policies and procedures, managing general ledger reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries, and supporting compliance with financial reporting standards. Additionally, the Manager of Finance conducts financial analysis, prepares reports and presentations for leadership, and provides strategic insights to support business decision-making and overall financial performance.
