Assisting with and managing other special corporate projects to completion in an efficient **What you will be doing:**

+ Advising on mergers and acquisitions, investments and other strategic transactions at all stages, from performing due diligence, drafting and negotiating term sheets and transaction documentation, and supporting closing transactions and post-closing integration
