The Manager, Community Education reports to the AVP Students and is responsible for the planning and development of processes, and implementation of community-based education programs and projects in concert with NVIT policies and processes. This role is carried out in accordance with the NVIT Elder Protocols, a living guide that shapes not only what work is done, but how it is carried. The Manager is expected to walk with strength, honour the people they travel with, protect spirit, and create balance in all aspects of Community Education. Through respectful engagement with communities, Elders, learners, and partners, this role ensures that NVIT’s presence in community reflects humility, accountability, and care.
