Your Role
As the Commercial Services Manager for the Southern Cone, you are the go‑to business lead for Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay, and Paraguay. This senior role owns the Digital & Physical Revenue (P&L) and drives strategic negotiations, quarterly planning, and data‑driven optimization of releases and catalog opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own the Revenue: Take explicit ownership of digital revenue targets by DSP and by artist. Responsible for the commercial success and market share growth of our roster in the region.
- Lead Strategic Negotiations: Move beyond standard pitching to negotiate high‑impact campaigns (home takeovers, platform exclusives, co‑created partner initiatives).
- Act as the Southern Cone DSP Counterpart: Primary lead for Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Amazon, TikTok, and Claro Música. Lead listenings and priority pitches for local, regional, and Anglo products.
