The Manager, Change & Communications is responsible for leading the design and execution of change management and communication strategies that enable successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the Financial Planning (FP) Program Office within the Specialized Sales Group. This role acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring that change initiatives are effectively planned, communicated, and adopted across the FP salesforce. The mandate includes driving readiness, minimizing disruption to productivity, and maximizing adoption of new programs, tools, and operational changes.
