Responsibilities
Analyse, understand and document client requirements and map the required services to existing operational services to create an Managed Services for clients using approved cost modelsInteract with Global clients and apply an advanced level of service and market understanding to provide solutionsPosition Managed Services solutions within existing and prospective clientsLead in scope of work determination, services pricing models and analysis of RFP/RFI’s
Work with the Managed Service pursuit team to define a roadmap and milestones for client engagement, including the transition planning and service delivery team involvement
Remain focused on understanding client’s requirements and work with the other global and regional service teams to create global proposals and services solutions that leverage company’s global footprintPromote best practice and knowledge management and develop a prof...
