Mama Mia Pizzeria Ltd, Church Street, Listowel, Co. Kerry is currently recruiting for a Chef-de-Partie to join it’s kitchen team.



Experience in a full restaurant/bar/hotel kitchen is needed for this position.



Minimum 2 years chef de partie experience needed.



The candidate should be passionate about food, have strong communication skills, willingness to learn and develop new skills and also a good level of experience in a busy environment. Professional cookery training/qualifications needed.



Duties will involve cooking Italian and Western Mediterranean style food and our extensive Pizza menu, cooking food to order. Helping the Head and Sous chefs during kitchen service. Helping with kitchen health & hygiene.



This position is a full time permanent position.



39 hours per week.



Euro 30,000 per annum salary.
