The successful maintenance technician, who will be working in Galway on a single site, will be responsible for the installation, support, maintenance, overhaul, adjustment and modification of in-house computer and machine systems throughout the casino. This job description covers both the electrical and mechanical aspects of the Technician’s job and will require the Technician to undertake any task which is within their competence. The job will be largely focused on optimising performance and troubleshooting a variety of computer/machine issues, both hardware and software, to reduce downtime.You will act as a technical resource to assist non-technical staff in resolving and explaining issues to the customer, as required.
