Job Description
Forecasts and prioritizes all “scheduled” and “unscheduled” work. Works with both the Operations group and Maintenance Service Managers to direct/ coordinate the following events into a service repair site:Support over-the-road breakdowns/ Unscheduled workScheduled issues Major EDVIR’sCheck engine faultsIsaac/ TGI issuesCollision repair routingOil samplePreventative maintenanceKey Duties and Responsibilities: Forecasting/ Scheduling Repairs & ServicesStudies the driver's reports to determine the nature of the repair and confers with the maintenance coordinator to schedule itOverflow work that cannot be completed in-house will need to be routed to a supporting TP and then passed over to be managed by the outsourcing groupCoordinate all service switches and manage “M” units replacement fleetAudit and ensure compliance with ...
