• Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:00
• Salary: £28,000

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the development, including:

• General maintenance tasks (e.g., changing lightbulbs and lamps)
• Caretaking and gardening duties to keep the site in top condition
• Minor Maintenance Tasks (Painting, Equipment upkeep and other minor repairs/works)
• Cleaning communal areas and facilities
• Emergency system testing, such as fire alarms and emergency lighting
