POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The College has one MMIII (Grade 17) position in the College’s Office of Central Facilities.

The shift will be from 7AM – 3PM, Monday through Friday.

The Maintenance Mechanic III is responsible for activities associated with construction projects including forklift and scissor lift operations. The position works directly with central facilities regarding the modifications of buildings and equipment.

TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES


+ As supervisor and member of the Central Facilities construction team, complete College construction projects at all three campuses including space renovations, modifications and repairs as directed, advance these projects based on blue prints and sketches, verbal and ...
