Maintenance Engineer We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for Yanfeng Seating, a worldwide leader in automotive seating.
Responsibilities - Develop, implement and continuously optimize preventive maintenance plans of equipment and tooling.
- Handle troubleshooting of equipment failures, especially those with on-site downtime > 15 minutes, and summarize experiences.
- Manage spare parts, formulate standards and purchase plans for spare parts and tools, and control inventory within a reasonable range.
- Standardize maintenance files, recording, statistics, analysis and archive equipment maintenance checklists, parameter control tables, PLC program files, etc.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency.
