Hays Recruitment is looking for a Maintenance Electrician to be based in Galway City for a trusted client. This is an excellent opportunity with one of the top electrical contractors in the country.

Your new role

Responsible for completing a range of Planned Preventive Maintenance Tasks and Inspections. You will be required to complete daily, weekly, monthly and 6-monthly PPM tasks adhering to SFG20 requirements. Completing and documenting checksheets and reports for each PPM task, including daily and weekly system checks

Maintain all electrical and mechanical plant services to industry standards

Extensive knowledge of single-and three-phase fault-finding and first time fixes.

To conduct electrical repairs / minor works on various industrial, logistics and commercial properties.

To assess and order parts and equipment necessary for individual tasks.
