The Maintenance Coordinator manage a team of professionals on activities for the installation, modification, and maintenance of production equipment.
This position oversees full TPM for production equipment, facilities, the machine shop, and the MRO warehouse.
He or she is accountable for ensuring optimal operative conditions and equipment availability, providing support for the achievement of the plant objectives for quality, OTD, efficiency, HSE guidelines from internal and external authorities, and team integration / motivation.
He or she, should make strong contributions and initiatives for cost reduction in equipment, spare parts and MRO with full proactivity, integrity, and adherence to the company rules and processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the team in charge of maintenance for production equipment, keeping them in safe and good conditions, ensuring availability for plant operations.
