Job Specifics - Location: 1800 Lawrence Dr, De Pere, WI 54115
- Hours: Part Time - 20 hours/week (0.5 FTE)
- Work Schedule: Day shifts between Monday and Friday, 4-5 hours in length, between 8:00am and 5:30pm; Varying hours based on provider schedule

Job Description: - Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse. Records nursing care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient's condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act; provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.
Qualifications: - Appropriate state LPN license required.
- AAMA/CCMA Certification required for Medical Assistants.
