Responsibilities

• Plan delivery schedules for drivers and representatives based on operational needs (emergencies, calls, adjustments)
• Update purchase orders (carriers, dates, delivery information)
• Monitor and update the operational dashboard (delivery status, volumes, pallets, parcels, etc.)
• Sort, file, and organize transportation and delivery documents by truck, date, and carrier
• Coordinate communications with various stakeholders during changes, emergencies, or additions
• Welcome drivers and handle operational issues as needed
• Scan and forward delivery documents to the appropriate departments (billing, administrative follow-up)
• Verify truck availability in line with maintenance schedules and planning
• Follow up on deliveries with clients according to established agreements
• Support the team in resolving operational issues
