DESCRIPTION - KPI monitoring and managing supplier’s escalations effectively
- Support and track the daily operation in terms of empty container steering and work closely with RCM
- Support as a guideline with suppliers for claims processing, monthly account reconciliation, stocktaking and any action related
- Provide on-site supplier logistics production support to assure the suppliers logistical line side delivery performance in series
- Work on effective problem-solving tools for the returnable containers process
