Responsibilities

• Secure and on‑board US Carriers as necessary for hauling tendered loads.
• Negotiate consignee and carrier rates as indicated by load dimensions, weight, and travel distances.
• Manage the provision of dispatch paperwork (BOL, Rate Con, POD, etc.).
• Prospect, recruit & secure new customers.
• Work closely with US‑based customer sales team in meeting customer needs and issue resolution.

Requirements and skills

• English Level B2 or above.
• Bachelor’s degree required in international business, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Experience in the logistics industry, as dispatch or carrier sales is a MUST.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly motivated to succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
