Position Details

**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
Providing administrative support to the Logistics department by undertaking various duties including data input, compilation of data and report writing.
**Key Activities and Accountabilities**:
1. Administer, maintain and further develop department on-line workspace / portal.
2. Collect reporting data from Logistics' Managers.
3. Provide departmental administrative support as and when required.
5. Collect and maintain departmental data.
6. Maintain department logs such as holidays, training & development, appraisals, travel, etc.
7. Responsible for the monthly collation of all aspects of Logistics performance, produce metrics and monthly scorecard to support.
8. General photocopying, filing and archiving.
9. Answer telephones, take messages and relay the information to the appropriate person.
10. Collect and distribute mail, faxes etc.
