Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will:
Process Purchase Orders, to match agreed product prices and discounts if anyProduct setup including descriptions, dimensions, and weight, etc.Liaise with Product Coordinators / DesignersCoordinate shipping schedule and deliveries with the suppliersLiaise with the Shipping Agents / Forwarders to ensure proper documents are provided for Custom’s clearance and follow-up queries.Update shipping intake schedules from time to timeCost ValuationAnswer phone calls, adhoc tasksWhat you'll need to succeed
