Horizon North is looking for a Lodge Manager to lead its operations in Coastal BC. This role emphasizes high-quality service, management, and team development within a safety-sensitive context.
In this role, the Lodge Manager will facilitate exceptional guest experiences while ensuring daily operations align with Horizon North’s standards. With a schedule of 20 days on and 10 days off, you’ll be responsible for managing staff, analyzing budgets, and implementing health and safety measures. Your leadership will be key in cultivating a high-performing team.
