This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service while managing the reception area and coordinating various administrative tasks. The Lobby Host creates positive experiences through professional hospitality, effective communication, and proactive problem‑solving to ensure seamless daily operations and client satisfaction.
