Our Loan Servicing Agents make outbound calls to collect past due accounts for loans from 10-150 days past due and maintenance fee past due accounts.In our fast-paced, exciting environment, your day will consist of various inbound/outbound call scenarios ranging from assisting with payments, adding cards on autopay, and negotiating the best payment arrangements for our members. Agents are required to collect 10 payments a day and make a minimum of 200 outbound calls a day.
