About the Role
As a Loan Consultant, you’ll play a key part in growing our business by actively promoting and selling loan and protection products in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions
- Manage the entire sales process, both in person and virtually—from application to closing
- Build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service
- Stay focused on individual and team sales goals
- Perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts
Qualifications
- High school diploma (post‑secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
