Position Details
Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Safety conscious, able to lift 70 lbs and maneuver a single package up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Basic English skills.
- Must successfully complete the Reading, Map Reading, Sorting, and Math sections of the Basic Skills Test.
- Preferred experience operating ramp and warehouse equipment, general vehicle maintenance, and power and hand tools.
Responsibilities - Load and unload company vehicles and aircraft, ensuring safe handling of packages up to 150 lbs.
- Sort packages, verify labeling, weight, size, proper wrapping, and insurance values; confirm compliance with hazardous material shipment requirements.
- Provide accurate paperwork for pickups and deliveries, including airway bills and delivery records, maintaining neatness and accuracy.
