In this role, reporting to the Director of Client Financial Services, you will be responsible for the extensive database administration for CFS programs. You'll interface with CFS users, assisting them with software questions while coordinating with IT teams. Your recommendations will enhance the LOCUS system and ensure seamless database management and reporting workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address software inquiries from CFS users
• Liaise with IT for Locus and Get Paid support
• Suggest enhancements for the LOCUS system
• Provide comprehensive training for staff
• Oversee LCCS database and perform monthly maintenance
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
