Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and strategic Litigation Associate with 5–10 years of experience to join our Aboriginal Law litigation team. The ideal candidate has experience with rights-based litigation, administrative tribunals, or regulatory hearings, and a commitment to advancing Indigenous legal issues.

Key Duties:

• Develop and execute litigation strategies in coordination with internal and external teams
• Work on litigation in Alberta Court of Kings Bench and Saskatchewan Court of Kings Bench

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of litigation experience, with exposure to Aboriginal or constitutional law
• Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
• Experience with professional responsibility matters considered an asset
